TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT( KURUSKAN BADAN)

1. Eat snacks, but wisely

If you are having a diet, you always wonder: should I grab a bite between meals or not. Modern nutritionists have reached a common understanding that the best thing to alleviate the immediate hunger is to have some healthy snacks instead of suffering and taking the risk to gobble junk food later. The best snack is nutritious and rich in protein (such as cheese stick), spoonful of honey, juicy or dried fruits.

2. Turn off TV

Recent studies argue that if you eat and watch TV at the same time, it acquires 40% more calories than usual. Similarly messaging, surfing the internet, driving a car or any other activity that requires your attention can lead to eating much more than usual. Serve each meal on a plate and sit around the table to enjoy it. Do this even if you eat alone. 

3. Weigh yourself each day.

If your normal weight number is increasing every day as little as a step at a time- this is an obvious warning sign. Try to exercise more and eat less. 

4. Train your muscles three times a week

Five minutes of press-up, step-out and crouches in 30 second intervals helps you build and maintain muscle mass. The more you have muscles the quicker is your metabolism and during your everyday walks you burn more calories. 

5. Make a saving phone call.

Sometimes you have a killing appetite for some specific food. It is time to grab a phone and call a great friend just to ask how she/he is doing. Studies show that hunger subsides after five minutes, so by the time your conversation ends, the hunger is gone. 

6. Eat a proper balanced breakfast. 

Studies have shown that breakfast containing carbohydrates, protein and little fat keeps blood sugar levels in place. Feeling of hunger does not occur too soon and you are not fidgeting impatiently awaiting lunchtime. Choose a breakfast according your taste and what your stomach likes –for example, egg white omelette with turkey ham and wholemeal toast. 

7. Consume less alcohol

One innocent Mojito or Campari with orange juice contains hundreds of calories, which does not control in any way your appetite. Allow yourself only one or two cocktails on weekends otherwise you just have to eat less. The other way is to drink only one glass of wine and a light beer or let mixing yourself a drink with vodka and tonic-these three beverages contain about 100 calories.

8. Eat fruits twice a day

There are no fats in fruits and they consist mainly of water. Fruits fill your stomach quite well and also your plate, so there is less room for high calorie food. Don’t be afraid of those carbohydrates because fruits also consist of lot of healthy fibres.  

9. Sleep longer

Studies show that more sleep will help to make rational food choices. Go to bed half an hour earlier and get up half an hour later than usual. Well-rested person does not tend to have unnecessary snack due to the fatigue or overpressure.  

10. Imagine that you are already slim

When willpower tends to be weak then imagine the times you were slim and felt good. This will enable you to devote to the weight goals and reminds you that losing weight is possible because you have done it once.
